Lime flow. Apr 14, 2021 · Anyone used something similar? Tried Plot Start from DeerGro last year on a new plot when I was only able to apply 1/2 the recommended lime due to time and heat so I’m not 100% how well it worked or didn’t. I'll have 15-20 acres plus another 3-5 acres of food plots. Ag lime is just crushed up limestone (think crush and run in gravel) and can have more variation in what you get in terms of particle size.
