Atc fuse keeps blowing. I traced all the wires and can not find any obvious shorts in the wiring harness. Repeated 4x4 fuse blowing usually indicates a short circuit in the transfer case control system. try to replace fuse but it blows as soon as i put in. Some of these systems use just one 20 amp fuse for both. I unhooked the actuator and the push button 4 wheel drive selector and tried to put a 20 amp fuse in it and it blew that right away. So for the heck of it I checked the fuse in the driver side dash fuse panel and it was blown. There’s three of them (ato25 fuses) and I was told to shut fridge off before plugging it in to shore power but when when it’s plugged in with nothing on it still blows the fuses after a few days and they’re even burnt and the plastic is bubbled.
